Shipping

Shipped orders will be sent via UPS with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once packages have been shipped and picked up by UPS, they are out of our hands.

We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday.
 
If you choose to use our in-store pick-up option, we ask for you to please pick up your item(s) within 7 days of purchase. Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up will be ready in 24 hours. Pick-up orders that are purchased after normal business hours or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day. 

 

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email and refund your order.
